What are your communication expectations?

We prefer communication through our contact page on our website. You can also message us on Facebook or Instagram. Please allow some time for a response as we are a small team juggling a variety of commitments. We typically respond Tuesdays-Fridays.

Do you offer repairs and alterations?

While we focus on teaching and creating, our repair/alteration support is limited to the local theater companies’ costuming needs. At this time, we do not have anyone we can personally recommend.

Do you offer 1:1 lessons?

We are open to working with people 1:1! Nick can guide you through learning a variety of skills, specifically sewing, pattern design and dyeing fabric. Kayla loves to teach people how to knit. You can reach out to determine if our schedules, offerings & rates are compatible with what you are seeking.

Can the space be rented?

Yes you can rent our space! We welcome creative minds to utilize our studio for their unique events. The space is available if people want to reserve it to host their own workshop, training events, and more. We will prep the space for your event, including having our beverage station ready to go. Contact us to discuss your ideas and we will help you bring your vision to life.

Can I coordinate a Dragonfly Creative class for a private event?

Absolutely! We love hosting private events and can tailor a class to fit your group’s needs. Whether it’s a birthday celebration, a team-building activity, or a special gathering of friends, our studio is the perfect place to unleash your creativity. Reach out to us to discuss your vision and we will work together to make it a memorable experience.

What happens if I sign up for a class and do not attend?

We understand that things can come up after you have signed up for a class. That is why we have the option to transfer your ticket to another class if you let us know within 72 hours of the class’s start time. Since we decide to run classes based on how many have signed up, last minute cancellations will not be refunded or available to transfer.

What happens if a class is cancelled/rescheduled?

If we need to cancel or reschedule a class, we will let you know through the email that signed up for it ASAP. You will be given the options to receive a refund, transfer the balance to another class, or coordinate a reschedule.
