Teaching different ways and techniques to achieve dynamic results with Ice Dyeing.
Ice Dyeing gives incredibly vivid complex designs with the least amount of fuss. In this class we will deal with basic dye chemistry, how ice dye is different from traditional dyeing, and go over the steps to a successful end product. There are a number of variables at play whenever you are dying anything and we will touch on several different scenarios and different outcomes. Join Chase and I while we unravel the mysteries of dying with Ice!

As a friendly reminder, here’s what else you’ll need for the class:
- Gloves
- Fabric
- Apron or tee shirt that can get dirty
- Spoon
- Cheap measuring cup
- Rubberbands
- Plastic shoe boxes or containers to hold the dyed items between dyeing and washing
- Ice
- Synthrapol or dawn dishwashing detergent
